Cedar Rapids Egress is operated by OTTO Software Systems, LLC. We publish planning information and receive project inquiries. We are not an installation contractor and do not perform construction, inspections or design services.
What happens when you send an inquiry
Submitting a non-emergency project inquiry is free. OTTO receives it first. We are developing our local provider connections and have not assigned a contractor to your request. A provider response or installation date is not guaranteed.
You decide before we share
If we identify a provider for your request, we will name that provider and ask your permission before sharing your details. Providers may pay us for referrals. You are not required to hire anyone, and any installation agreement is directly between you and the provider.
How to use our guides
