When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, email or phone, general location, project type and description you enter. We also record submission time, your contact permission, and the source category and landing page when available. We use these details to review and respond to your request and explore a suitable referral. Do not send sensitive information.
Who receives your inquiry
OTTO receives your inquiry first. We will ask permission before sharing it with one identified independent provider. Providers may pay us for referrals. We do not distribute your inquiry to multiple buyers or use it for unrelated promotions. An authorized provider handles information under its own privacy practices.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare and the Sites hosting platform deliver this website and its database. Their systems may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser information and request times to provide and protect the service. Our form uses a temporary, one-way identifier for request limiting; it does not store your raw IP in the inquiry record. Authorized OTTO personnel and service providers supporting this service may access information for these purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud or security incidents.
Cookies and measurement
We do not use advertising pixels or session replay. Browser session storage retains a source category and landing page until the tab closes, and uses them for attribution for 30 minutes to distinguish visits from search, referrals, direct access or advertising. This does not store your form details. Operator sign-in may use authentication cookies. This form does not record or transcribe calls or send text messages.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry details expire 90 days after submission and are removed by our daily maintenance process. You may request earlier deletion or withdraw contact permission through the privacy-request form. Limited status and deletion records without your contact details are retained for up to 120 days. Platform recovery copies may remain for up to 30 additional days. We restrict access and use safeguards, but no internet service guarantees complete security.
